- Fliktrax sells only downloadable products. These products are available immediately after purchase from our website. If you experience any problem or difficulty downloading your purchase contact us via email or phone and we will send you the files purchased directly via email or hard copy CD to your home or office.

- Fliktrax will never give your personal information to any other website or business entity for any reason other than to provide name and PRO affiliation of our contributors to facilitate payments due to them.
- Returns & Replacements
- Since Fliktrax only sells down loadable products it is really not possible to initiate a return policy. Once a transaction is complete the client can make copies of our products independent of Fliktrax therefore all sales are final. If however you find that your download is a corrupted file or for some reason not what you intended you can call us or email us and we will quickly provide you with a satisfactory replacement through email and or hard copy CD. If you find that the license you purchased was not the proper license for your intended use, call us (201) 390-3182 and we will work with you to make the proper adjustments to your account.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- Currently Fliktrax accepts all major credit cards or cash transactions via paypal from our website. From time to time we will offer special promotional pricing to our clients that hold accounts with Fliktrax.
- Viewing Orders
- When you have established an account with Fliktrax you can view your past orders at any time by simply logging in to your account from our website. If you make a purchase and lose your file or it becomes corrupted or unusable for any reason you can access your down loadable products at any time from your account and download additional copies of files for which you have already purchased a license.
- Updating Account Information
- You can change and or update your account information at any time by logging on to your account from our website and accessing your account dashboard.
