WEB PROMOTION: Single use of track to promote any upcoming program or event (programming or event not exclusive to web) on the internet.
DVD PROMOTION: Single use of track for announcement or promotion of program or event in DVD.
FILM-FESTIVAL ONLY: Single use of a track in a short or full length film to be entered into film festival or contest. Rights include broadcast at film festivals but not any wider distribution.
FILM-TRAILER: Single use to promote one feature film in any and all media.
FILM-THEATRICAL: Single use in theatrical film.
PODCAST: Single use in "AUDIO ONLY" podcast intended to be downloaded to personal media device. Not to be used to advertise a brand or product.
CORPORATE - WEBSITE: Use of track for commercial or promotional use on website. Track maybe used in any manner on site but only in relation to single company or product. No cross advertising in terms of banners or ads from 3rd party.
CORPORATE - WIDE or EXTERNAL: Use of track for external audience promoting single company or product. (Example: Trade show presentations, In store promotion). Not to be used as paid advertising in any medium.
CORPORATE - LIMITED or INTERNAL: Use of track for any internal single company medium. (Examples: Training videos, internal presentation, internal sales reports, internal meetings' A/V)
IN STORE AD DISPLAY: Track used for in store display promoting single product or service.
PODCAST ADVERTISING: Single use in "AUDIO ONLY" podcast intended to be downloaded to personal media device. Track to be used to advertise single product or service.
WEB ADVERTISING: Advertising or promotional marketing for a single product, company or service through web or mobile broadcast.
PERSONAL USE/TEMPORARY PLACEMENT: For use in private publications that are in no way promoting a product or being used for profit. Examples: Family Video Compilations, Family Events, Student Films, Weddings, Religious Ceremonies, etc.. Also covers temporary placement for "in house demo" use in TV/ Advertising/Film. If the track is selected for actual broadcast or release the appropriate license must be purchased.
